Book In Product for Repair

In order for us to book it your product for repair we will need the following;

1. Invoice showing that the product has been purchased by GC Solar.
2. Certificate of Compliance (COC) for Completed Installations: Please furnish us with the Certificate of Compliance to verify that your installation meets the necessary safety standards.
3. Pictures of Installations with Surge Protection Devices: Clear images of your installations, highlighting the presence of surge protection devices, will aid us in diagnosing any issues effectively.
4. Line Diagrams for the Installation: Providing us with detailed line diagrams of the installation setup will greatly assist our technicians in understanding the system configuration.
5. Certified Installer Information: Please share the relevant details of the certified installer who performed the installation to ensure that the work was carried out by a qualified professional.
