Towers shopping centre in Boksburg

The Project was funded through the impact farming app by Fedgroup enabling NewInvest 144 to generate and consume over 1,3GWh of clean energy yearly while reducing their reliance on the grid.

Each month, our Roof Rental program empowers more business owners to shift to solar PV without any CAPEX burden. The benefits to the owners are countless and translated into tangible income while increasing their property valuation.

A special thank you to all our partners for another groundbreaking project.

 Northpoint 218 KWP

This is an innovative solar PV system developed in partnership with Southern-Rock Property Group and Fedgroup Impact Farming. This time we’ve designed a 218 kWp plant to provide roughly 35% of the total annual energy needs from solar.

The Roof Rental program is an ideal solar financing solution for rooftop owners removing all CAPEX burdens. In addition to reducing the building reliance on the grid, it provides Northpoint Shopping Centre (Boksburg, Gauteng) with monthly rental income for a period of 20 years and thereby considerably increases the building’s valuation. In line with our commitment to foster sustainable initiatives, we are also giving 2% of our service fees to our partnering NPO, Symphonia and Partner for Possibility.
